Communikay is a South African PR and communications consultancy founded by Karen Heydenrych, with more than 20 years' experience working across the technology, aviation and conservation sectors.

Karen has built strong working relationships with journalists and editors across these industries, and knows how and when to pitch a story to get it noticed.

The approach is practical and hands-on. Every client works directly with Karen — no account managers, no handoffs. Support is available through monthly retainers or project-based work, depending on what makes sense for your business. Pricing is straightforward and tied to the work, not the overhead.
